Booking Terms
Both public cruises and private charter cruises can be booked through the booking page..
For public cruises, places are reserved through the booking calendar and paid for at the end of the booking process. Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Private charter cruises are booked using the form on the booking page and paid by invoice, which will be sent separately to the address you provide.
Cancellation Terms
These cancellation terms apply to both public cruises and private charter cruises.
Any cancellation must be made in writing by email to toimisto@oululines.fi.
The effective cancellation date is the date on which Oulu Lines Oy has received the written notice of cancellation.
If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the booked cruise date, Oulu Lines will not charge a cancellation fee.
If the cancellation is made 8–14 days before the booked cruise date, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total booking amount will be charged (cruise tickets/ship hire and any restaurant services ordered).
If the cancellation is made 0–7 days before the booked cruise date, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the total booking amount will be charged (cruise tickets/ship hire and any restaurant services ordered).
Bringing and consuming your own food and drinks on board is prohibited (in accordance with alcohol legislation).
The minimum number of passengers required for departure is 35.
Invoicing must always be agreed in advance.
